Executive Coaching focuses on increasing the capacity of leaders to successfully implement a range of strategic approaches.  We support organizational leaders to build their will, skill and capacity to lead positive organizational change.  We offer a wide range of Executive Coaching support to district, school, foundation and nonprofit organization leaders.

Equity leadership: the ability to lead productive conversations about race, class, gender/sexuality, and bias, not to lay blame, but to develop ways of better educating every child.

Facilitative leadership: the ability to create and sustain a culture of inquiry and continuous learning; to facilitate the learning of others through effective professional development structures.

Adaptive leadership: the ability to align and mobilize people and resources in complex systems to support objectives; the ability to cultivate and distribute leadership rather than manage top-down.

Instructional leadership: the ability to craft and communicate an instructional vision of academic excellence and equity and foster staff leadership and competencies to carry out the vision.
