National Equity Project coaches are experienced educators with a track record of success in supporting school leadership, professional learning community (PLC) development, school improvement and redesign, new school design, and smaller learning communities (SLC) creation at the elementary and secondary levels.

Since 1995, National Equity Project coaches have worked with thousands of leaders in over 100 schools to dramatically transform teaching and learning. The National Equity Project has been recognized as “a high-impact nonprofit” in the field of secondary education by a panel of 96 education experts convened by philanthropedia.org.
