Connie joined the National Equity Project in the summer of 2019. Connie previously worked at Aspire Public Schools for 5+ years, as an Aide for kids with special needs, as well as assisting in the front office. Previous to Aspire she worked for Leapfrog Enterprises Inc, a company specializing in educational toys for kids. At LeapFrog she worked in the payroll and accounts payable departments. She has a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Cal State East Bay. She was born and raised in Oakland and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
