Sara Gray has worked at the National Equity Project since 2006, and has lead the organization’s communications, marketing and product development efforts for nearly two decades.
She currently manages our external communications and publications as part of the organization’s field impact strategy. She is committed to translating complex concepts into accessible products and platforms.
Sara is passionate about the role of narrative change in reimagining our public education ecosystem, and the ways that speculative futuring can make a compelling new vision for public education irresistible. She believes in harnessing the power of collective imagination to create tangible, positive change in educational systems.
Prior to joining the National Equity Project, Sara worked in nonprofits focused on arts and advocacy. She holds a B.A. in American Studies from Trinity College and lives in Berkeley, CA.
